Freight Data Processing Systems
DNA processes all transactions using the DWORDN global data infrastructure. An efficient combination of powerful software packages serves for gathering, processing and passing on all relevant information in accordance with the type of transport order and the service required.

Our standard Air and Sea Freight system provides this capability by combining an event based architecture enabling event recording at the shipment and order line with the ability to capture our customers' reference numbers. Events serve as milestones and enable us to measure performance.

Integrated Logistics System

General Warehouse System
The Warehouse Management Department is developing an Warehouse Management System which will support the basic functions of DNA's multi-customer warehouses.

The general Warehouse System basically uses the standard functions with its Logistics Execution System (LES). Thus, a low cost migration when releasing updates is achieved.

The core GWS covers the main requirements of DNA's warehouses worldwide and can be implemented very fast for standard businesses. For more sophisticated logistic projects, individual enhancements will cover specific customer needs.
